As you wait for your choice of tea or coffee to be brought to you, indulge in cereal, fruit juice, yoghurts with fruit purée, fresh fruit cup and freshly baked pastries. Meanwhile, your order of full (or partial) English Breakfast is prepared using local farm produce. Alternatively, you may prefer one of our classic egg dishes such as ‘Eggs Benedict’, ‘Eggs Royale’ or ‘Eggs Florentine’ served with warm, home-made Hollandaise sauce. We also do a ‘Full Vegetarian’ Breakfast, which is also available as a vegan option. Finish it off with toast and a selection of honey and jams – some of which are home made with ingredients from our vegetable garden – and you will be prepared to face whatever the day may have in store.
